Here is what your student needs to know for our science quiz tomorrow (5/19):
-The 5 food groups and examples from each group. They will need to match the food to the correct food group on their quiz and create a meal containing each food group.
-How many hours of sleep they are supposed to get each night: 10-11 hours
-Know why it is important to exercise (to stay healthy and to keep the body working properly) and 3 examples of exercise (running, walking, soccer, basketball, football, biking, etc).
That’s it 🙂 Keeping it simple!
We are going to have a continent and ocean quiz on Friday as well. Students can use the pink paper that went home yesterday to review.
